Problem:
In CF 8 even when making a HTTP GET request FORM.fieldnames was still present. In CF 9 the FORM structure is still present, but form.fieldnames is not defined.
Method:
Issue a GET request. Dump the FORM struct in both CF 8 and CF 9...compare.
Result:
FORM.Fieldnames is not defined when making a GET request. In CF 8 it was still defined as an empty string.
