Problem Description: debug mappinngs are erased after builder is opened or restarted
Steps to Reproduce: I installed CF Builder as standalone. Go to Window-> Preferences -> ColdFusion -> Debug Mappings. Add mappings. Save project. Close CF Builder and reopen.
Actual Result:
Expected Result: Any mapping added needs to be saved.
