Problem Description: Hitting "Branch target offset too large for short"

This problem happen in Coldfusion 2016 Update 3. 
Upgrade to Update 5 but still hitting same problem

However on other server with Coldfusion 2016 with no update. it work fine.

Hi,  I got the repro code from our support and its attached. The code (apptSuggestion_bk_20180107.cfc) provided cannot be run as-is as its around 1500 line. Can you please provide a simplified repro case?   Thanks, Nitin
