Problem Description: The calendar icon that is displayed when using cfinput type=datefield no longer functions correctly in CF2016 update 4 with browsers that support an HTML 5 datepicker.

Steps to Reproduce: add a cfinput type="datefield" box.

Actual Result: datepicker opens but clicking date does not populate box when using Chrome or Edge as the browser

Expected Result: 

Any Workarounds: None that I'm aware of other than not using type=datefield or forcing users to disable native datepicker functionality (if possible)
