It just reports an ordered struct as being a struct. This is true, but it's less precise than it ought to be.

<cfdump> and writedump() are often used to debug the system. It is entirely possible that a developer needs an ordered struct, and is not getting it. They need to know what kind of variable they are getting

The fix for this bug is available as part of the early-access build for ColdFusion 2016 Update 2.
