Problem:

Using cfajaximport on a page to import "cfwindow" or "cflayout-border" (or possibly others) breaks page display.  Also, using cfwindow has same effect.

Using a cfwindow on a page causes issues (alignment, padding, positioning, size) with other styles on the page.

How is it this ticket - with 23 votes - comes to be "closed, never fix" without a JOT of explanation from Adobe? Issue still exists in CF11, btw.
