Problem: [LOC]: Some options are coming up in English in PhoneGap configuration dialog
Method:
1. Create a mobile project.
2. Right click on the project in the Navigator > Go to Properties.
3. Go to ColdFusion Mobile Project > PhoneGap > New
4. Click on Navigation.
Result:
Three strings are appearing in English: "Navigation", "Intent", "href is required to add......"
Expected:
These should be localized.
