Problem Description: When I try to open the attached file, my processor shoots up to 100% and CF Builder seems to freeze. I waited about 5 minutes and still no joy. I can open the file with Dreamweaver or Notepad without issue. This is a tiny file so there really isn't any reason for it to fail like this.

Steps to Reproduce: Just open the attached file

Actual Result: Race condition and app freeze

Expected Result: The file should open like any other

Comments:

I don't know if this is related but CFB2016 has also frozen on my while using find and replace. I'm wondering if the cause of this ticket is also the cause of that problem (doesn't find and replace in the search list open the file to make the replacement?)

@David Belanger I am able to repro this issue in 3.1.0 and 3.1.1, but this is been fixed and will be available in the next hotfix i,e 3.1.2.

Thank you Dattanand. I'm curious though as to why the bug status was changed to "Withdrawn:Not a bug" if you've verified this behavior? Shouldn't this be changed to ToFix or Fixed and the version number it was fixed in put in "Fixed in Build"?
