Title:

The syntax coloring is all messed up

| View in Tracker

Status/Resolution/Reason: Closed/Withdrawn/CannotReproduce

Reporter/Name(from Bugbase): Teresa Fairchild / Teresa Fairchild (Teresa Fairchild)

Created: 01/26/2016

Components: Editor Features

Versions: 3.0

Failure Type: Cosmetic Issue

Found In Build/Fixed In Build: 3.0 Final /

Priority/Frequency: Normal / All users will encounter

Locale/System: English / Windows 10

Vote Count: 0

Problem Description: https://db.tt/husZbIGZ In the coldfusion code the syntax coloring just decides randomly not to work correctly.

Steps to Reproduce: Just look at any coldfusion page longer than a few pages.

Actual Result: Code coloring just starts using the wrong colors.

Expected Result: Code coloring should use the right colors.

Any Workarounds: If I out cut the part of the code where it breaks suddenly the coloration will work for a few more lines. If I then paste the code back in, it will be correctly colored too. But a few lines down it will still break.

Hi Teresa, I'm guessing you were never notified of Adobe's question b/c Tracker's email notification system was broken. Could you please share example code? The URL you gave returns 404. Thanks!, -Aaron
