Problem Description:
API Manager Fails on Import REST API From ColdFusion.  Resources and Endpoints do not get populated.  

Steps to Reproduce:
I used the Bookstore API that Adobe created for demonstrating API Manager. When using the "Import REST API From ColdFusion" feature.

Actual Result:
resources and endpoints do not get populated.

Expected Result:
I expected resources and endpoints do be populated as they are on Windows.
