Problem Description:
If you have a proxy password saved for a scheduled task and you edit that task and fail validation while saving, on the next successful save, the proxy password will literally be changed to "***********"

Steps to Reproduce:
Create scheduled task with a proxy password
Edit that task and set the timeout to 0 and hit submit
validation will fail
Now correct the timeout to a value such as 60 and save again
The proxy password in the config file will have been changed to "************"

Actual Result:
The proxy password is lost

Expected Result:
The proxy password should not be lost

Any Workarounds:
Always retype the proxy password when re-submitting a form that failed validation.

Update: I'm not sure the exact steps I just took, but while testing out CF-4201968 which involved me failing validation over and over, I just noticed that BOTH the regular password and proxy password had managed to get changed to ********** in the config file (encrypted, of course). So it seems this issue isn't related only to proxy passwords.
