Ulises, Can we please get some details. Can you share the steps that one can follow to observe the issue you are experiencing. When you say, "unresponsive ColdFusion collections", how are you accessing the collection? programmatically with CFML or using the CF admin collections page.

He found a solution, change the installer used because the last version released 1.8 JVM Friend which is what caused me inconvenience. With the first versions of the installer, CF 11 installs and works with JVM 1.7, with this installer, coldfusion pdf collections and service, run correctly. And I followed the steps to replicate the problem: 1. Install CF-11 (JVM latest version 1.8). 2. Last update (hotfix 10). 3. Click to coldfusion collections (the service is charged). 4. Click PDF service does not work I want to know if they have a case like mine, because I do not know what implications have to work with JVM 1.7 on my production environments.r).

Ulises, What is not working for you: CF Admin > Data & Services > PDF Service or CF Admin > Data & Services > ColdFusion Collections? Also can you share the settings summary of your CF server. You can send it to pnayak@adobe.com CF Admin > server settings > settings summary
