Problem: Default Application Name and its description are appearing in English when the user has only "Subscriber" role

Method:
1. From admin, create a user with only Subscriber role.
2. Now login to the portal with the newly created user.
3. Go to My Applications.

Result:
"Default Application" & "This is a default application" are appearing in English. This does not happen when users have multiple roles. 

Expected:
These should be localized

In Redis, the application name and details are stored in English for "only Subcriber role" whereas it is stored as localized for users having multiple roles.
