Problem: Clicking on Organization tab in the admin redirects to login page.

Method:
1. Login to Admin
2. Click on Organization.

Result:
User gets redirected to Login page

Expected:
User should be able to view Organization list

Workaround:

organization_ja.json file is not present in wwwroot->admin->locale folder. On manually putting the file there this is issue does not arise.
