When I enable J2EE session variables on a CF2016 server instance, stop the windows service, and try to restart it it will become unresponsive and never start
Steps to Reproduce:
Accesss a cfservices admin, where J2EE session variables were not initially enabled, and enable them. Save. Then access windows service manager and stop the service for that instance. Then try to start again, it will hang with the status "Starting"
Actual Result:
CFService hangs with "Starting" status
Expected Result:
CFService starts normally and responds to requests.
Any Workarounds:
Trying to figure out if i can manually disable the J2EE in config, or use a backup config to get the service working again without a complete rebuild.
