Problem Description:
ColdFusion 10 update 11 Site goes down in Production during Peak Hours. We need to restart the ColdFusion service in order to make the site available.

In order to remove this issue we created a scheduler which restarts the ColdFusion service every night on non peak hours. Now the frequency is less but issue is not resolved fully the Site goes down once in two days or three days.

We also tried to resolve this by installing the ColdFusion 10 update 18 but then even scheduler was not helping and on daily basis the Site was going down on peak hours so we uninstalled ColdFusion 10 update 18.

Found some of the articles which suggest to tune connectors but even after performing the suggested changes in server.xml and worker.properties file issue still exits

Comments:

Also initially the logs where showing Java lang out of memory issue then we increased the JVM Minimum Heap Size to 1024 Maximum heap size to 1280. Now the out memory is not shown but when the site goes down there is no relevant messages which tell us the cause of crash

Withdrawing the bug since the issue was not reproducible. As communicated to the customer, will be reopening the bug if the issue is seen to occur again.
