Problem: CF10 server fails to start after applying HF20 (build#299157 )
Environment : Windows 7 , JAVA 1.8.092
Steps :
Install CF10 and verify if server comes up fine .
Apply Mandatory update
Apply HF20 using command prompt .
Server fails to start and hotfix log is not generated
