Problem: [LOC]: Branding in HF installer should change to ColdFusion2016

Method:
Launch the ColdFusion HF installer
Observe the branding in all the installer screen

Result:
All the screen have ColdFusion 11 as the product name

Expected:
The product name should be ColdFusion 2016.

The fix for this bug is available as part of the early-access build for ColdFusion 2016 Update 2.
