Problem:
The commons-collections jar gets deleted under "ColdFusion2016\cfusion\lib" on uninstalling the hotfix.

Workaround:
The jar would have to be manually copied to ColdFusion's lib directory.

The fix for this bug is available as part of the early-access build for ColdFusion 2016 Update 2.
