Steps to repro: 
1. Install HF1 updates through Admin 

Result:
1.	Version 2016,0,0,298299
2.	Update1 is still showing in Available updates but not in the Installed updates 
3.	Updates logs files shows 1 Fatal error :
Failed to copy hotfix files:/tmp/776840.tmp/dist/cfusion
                          Status: FATAL ERROR
                          Additional Notes: FATAL ERROR - Failed to copy the hotfix files to the target location:/Applications/ColdFusion2016/cfusion
                                            FATAL ERROR - Destination '/Applications/ColdFusion2016/cfusion/wwwroot' cannot be written to
