It would be awesome if there was some sort of ColdFusion based survey tags that could interact with the CFChart tag. CFChart came out quite a few versions ago and it would one of the best tags that could take data and make it visually appealing. CFSurvey could take charting to another level.
CFSurvey could take an array of questions called surveyQuestions and then have an array of poll options called surveyOptions where each element in the surveyOptions array would be a list of possible choices. surveyOptionListDelimiter could be another parameter to allow the user to set a delimiter other than a comma. It would be cool if we could have nested tags for cfsurveyquestion and cfsurveyanswer sort of like the way cfchartseries works. In addition, it would be nice if the question list and answer list could come from a query instead of arrays.
Perhaps the dynamically generated content from CFSurvey could be output in an IFrame and then we could have a parameter within CFSurvey like surveyCallbackURL. The callback URL could have the cfchart tag on that page so the two could easily be integrated.
Perhaps there is a better way to do it but the concept would be awesome if it could be done.
