Problem Description: The command-line options for coldfusionsvc.exe still include JRun parameters
Steps to Reproduce (see attached file coldfusionsvc_cli_options.png):
1) Create the directory C:\temp\ if it doesn't yet exist;
2) Open as Administrator the Windows command prompt;
3) Enter the command cd\ to go to the C: drive;
4) Enter the command cd C:\ColdFusion2016\cfusion\bin to go to ColdFusion's bin directory;
5) Enter the command coldfusionsvc /? > C:\temp\coldfusionsvc_cli_options.txt; this is the command to output the usage page of coldfusionsvc.exe to C:\temp\coldfusionsvc_cli_options.txt
Actual Result: The usage for coldfusionsvc.exe includes parameters <jrun-server> and <jrun-option>
Expected Result: The usage for coldfusionsvc.exe should not include JRun parameters, as they have been deprecated.
Any Workarounds: No.
