Problem Description: The servlet definition for CFSecurityAnalyzerServlet is still loaded when secure profile is enabled (probably production profile as well). The servlet mapping is commented out, which is good but the servlet is loaded when it should not be.

Steps to Reproduce: Install secure profile

Actual Result: CFSecurityAnalyzerServlet servlet definition is found in web.xml and is not commented out.

Expected Result: Expected it to be commented out (just like RDSServlet)

Any Workarounds: Comment it out manually.
