In previous versions, the Request Queue Timeout Page (which can contain HTML only) was allowed to have a .cfm file extension.
In CF2016, CF fails to start (logs "Unable to initialise Runtime service" message) if Request Queue Timeout Page doesn't have a .htm or .html file extension.
Issues:
1) .car deploy wizard (for .car files created in a previous version) should not import Request Queue Timeout Page if it didn't have a .htm or .html file extension. Instead, it should display an an error saying that setting wasn't imported due to invalid file extension.
2) CF Admin should not allow Request Queue Timeout Page to be set if it doesn't have a .htm or .html file extension. An error should be displayed (same as is displayed when a scheduled task's output file has an invalid extension).
Adobe, when you break backward-compat in a CF Admin/API setting, please always update the CF Admin's UI and the .car deployment accordingly.
