Problem Description: The windows installer allows you to specify a port number for the builtin web server,  but the linux installer does not.

Steps to Reproduce: Run installer on Windows and compare to Linux

Actual Result:Cannot specify port number

Expected Result: Allow me to specify port number

Any Workarounds: You can change port number manually.
