In Firefox version 44, w/ screen resolutions 1920x1080 and 1600x900, I see the following issues (in order of least important to most important):
1) The font is museo on localhost:9000/portal (good), but it is not museo on localhost:9000/admin (bad).
2) There is a margin of space between top of login form and top of viewport on localhost:9000/portal (good), but this margin doesn't exist on localhost:9000/admin (bad).
3) The background image stretches to fit viewport on localhost:9000/portal (good), but tiles on localhost:9000/admin (bad).
In Chrome version 48.0.2564.103 m, I see the following issue:
1) The font is museo on localhost:9000/portal (good), but it is not museo on localhost:9000/admin (bad).
