Using https://www.google.co.uk/?p=123&a=456 as an example you get the following error: Error occurred while generating PDF.Reason: THE REFERENCE TO ENTITY ""A"" MUST END WITH THE ';' DELIMITER I assume its because the & is a special char. Using EncodeForURL doesn't work as it doesn't recognize the output a valid source. Replacing & with & resolves the issue
