Problem:
Node entry not being removed when the node is stopped from command prompt using CTRL-C
Method:

Start a node from cmd
Stop it using ctrl-c

Result:
See that node entry not removed from cluster.xml or redis

Expected:
Should be removed.

There was an unhandled exception in stopServer() when shutdown hook was called. Fixed it.

The fix for this bug is available as part of the early-access build for ColdFusion 2016 Update 2.
