Problem: .car migration does not migrate 'Allow REST Discovery' settings from Administrator>Server Settings > Settings 


Workaround: Like other settings this Rest discovery settings should also be migrated

The fix for this bug is available as part of the early-access build for ColdFusion 2016 Update 2.
