After installing update 7, the application will not start.

Message
Error occurred while copying the file from source C:\web\showoff\ASPLibrary\lib\[filename].jar to C:\ColdFusion11\cfusion\tmpCache\appClasses\1007993278

Cause Message
C:\ColdFusion11\cfusion\tmpCache\appClasses\1007993278\[filename].jar: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Cause Reason
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

The [filename] is any JAR referenced in Application.cfc This.JavaSettings loadPaths - removing files simply moves to the next one.

It occurs before onApplicationStart, before ORM does its stuff, and the application cannot run without the JAR files.

This stops us using anything newer than update 4, making the server potentially at risk to the undisclosed security vulnerabilities that these updates address. (And because they're undisclosed, there's no way for us to take other precautions to address the issues!)

Peter, Was there any error occurred while installing the update? Are you able to start ColdFusion service without any issue? Please share information mentioned below: 1. OS details 2. Update installation log 3. Server startup log 4. Exception log We will also try to repro this issue in the meantime.
