+1 - Thanks, Preethi, for filing this. It should also be documented that "Object" is the default type.

Hi Adobe, This ticket's fix is incomplete. This ticket needs re-opened. Hi Preethi, 1) Timestamp and Object were added to the QueryNew() doc (good) but not the QueryAddColumn() doc. Can it please be added there too? 2) "Object" is the default column type. That should be documented on both the QueryNew() and QueryAddColumn() docs per Himavanth's confirmation on CF-3499033: ----------- Aaron Neff: "Regarding java.sql.Types.JAVA_OBJECT, were you confirming that the "object" type is basically an "any" type (i.e. it'll accept anything)? So basically it's the default type?" Himavanth Rachamsetty: "Yes Aaron." ----------- Thanks!, -Aaron

Hi Adobe, My last comment (from 2 years ago) was ignored and both issues still exist. "Object" is the default column type per Himavanth. Same needs -clarified- on the QueryNew() doc. Same needs -added- to the QueryAddColumn() doc. See ya in another couple years =P Thanks!, -Aaron
