Problem Description:
#1: If I click the delete button for "metrics.log" in the Log Files section for CF Administrator is does not delete the file. It give no feedback to the UI as to what is going on.
#2: After the delete button is clicked, metrics are no longer reported in the log reviewing it in the CF Administrator
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open CF Admin
2. Go to Debugging & Logging > Log Files
3. Click "X" for delete next to metrics.log
Actual Result:
Metrics stop logging
Expected Result:
Log file is deleted
