If Secure Profile is enabled in installer wizard, then Create DSN ignores Allowed SQL after installing Update 3.
Repro:
1) During CF11 install, enable Secure Profile
2) In CF Admin, create a DSN and see Secure Profile's Allowed SQL setting is honored (grant/drop/storedproc/revoke/create/alter checkboxes are unchecked)
3) Install Update 3 and reconfigure connector and verify Secure Profile is still enabled
4) In CF Admin, create a DSN and see Secure Profile's Allowed SQL setting is ignored (grant/drop/storedproc/revoke/create/alter checkboxes are checked)
This issue does not occur if Secure Profile was not enabled during initial CF11 install.
Verified w/ CF11 Update 3 (11,0,03,292480) Standalone Enterprise on x64 Win All
