Problem:
image missing in the options in the cfgrid context menu for headers.

Method:
test case: /manual/ajaxui/cfgrid/boolean/cfgrid-boolean-group.cfm

Result:
missing images can be observed when clicking on the drop-down menu for column headings.
verified with build 290894.
GET http://localhost:82/CFIDE/scripts/ajax/ajax/resources/ext/images/default/s.gif 404 (Not Found) ext-all.js:18

with the un-minified file: ext-all.js:13681


The referenced path seems to be incorrect as the image seems to be located at:
\CFIDE\scripts\ajax\resources\ext\images\default

Expected:

Workaround:
create the referenced folder/image in the CFIDE dir.

We're still seeing this issue on CF10 update 18, hoping the CF11 fix can be put in place in the next CF10 update?
