Problem:
cfmediaplayer: The border and controlbar are not properly rendered properly in Chrome and FF.

Method:
noticeable in  the hideborder=false accordion in
manual/ajaxui/cfmediaplayer/cfmediaplayer-hideborder.cfm

more pronounced in the top accordion in:
manual/ajaxui/cfmediaplayer/cfmediaplayer-style.cfm

Observe that the controlbar is not in alignment with the display panel.

Result:
rendered properly in IE with CF10 and CF11.
not rendered properly in Chrome and FF with CF11.

Expected:
the page should render properly in all browser.

Verified in chrome (Version 39.0.2171.95), firefox(Version 34.0.5) and IE(Version 11), the controls are rendered properly. (Comment added from ex-user id:prk)

Verified this is fixed in CF2106 Update 1 (build 2016.0.01.298513). The control bar is now correctly centered on the video, when the player is within a cflayoutarea. Thanks!, -Aaron
