Problem Description:
Disable logging, disables the log, but doesn't update the button nor allows for a way to re-enable the logging.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. CF Administrator
2. Debugging & Logging > Log Files
3. Click the round stop button for "Disable Logging"

Actual Result:
Screen refreshes, but button doesn't change. Log no longer updates

Expected Result:
Button changes to allow enabling of logging

Any Workarounds:
Not aware of any

It looks like a duplicate of bug number CF-3165627 in which user is not able to delete log files. Same files are also not getting disabled. So there should be a common fix for both

Even the fix is same, this scenario also needs to be verified. So, please update this bug too, once the bug (# CF-3165627) is fixed. (Comment added from ex-user id:prk)
