It's not a "getting started" server: I've been using CF for over a decade, but the *express* server will be my install of choice as it's just more convenient than the fill install.
It's a dev server, or and express server.
"Getting started" is poor marketing: it makes it sound like it's Duplo as opposed to Lego, or a bicycle with trainer wheels. It's neither of those things. You should put a positive, not a negative spin on it.
Raising as a bug as the name does not reflect its usage, and is bad for ColdFusion's image
