Problem Description:
I'm ColdFusion 10 Update 13 on Windows Web Server 2008 R2. After Windows Update was applied on 2014-02-25, ColdFusion wouldn't start automatically when Windows starts, even though the service is set to start automatically. 2 ColdFusion related error messages appear in the Event Viewer:

I changed the startup type for ColdFusion and Jetty Service to 'Automatic (Delayed Start)' and that seemed to solve the problem, but the long delay in startup is annoying. Also, the following Warning appears in the Event Viewer, but it doesn't seem to affect the startup:
Any Workarounds:
The only workaround that I've found is to change the startup type to Automatic (Delayed Start).
