Problem Description: When using hibernate criteria, there is a bug in the version of hibernate that ships with CF that causes an error. It is fixed in a newer (minor release) version of hibernate. Please see this URL for more info http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/hibernate/browse/HHH-817. A lot of people are having problems with this.

Steps to Reproduce: create a query with criteria that contains the same field in both the restrictions and the orders.  See the referenced URL for more info.

Actual Result:  error from hibernate "duplicate association path"

Expected Result:  execute the query as expected

I should mention that there are a lot of results from google for this problem. Enough to warrant a review at least. Thanks in advance. the workaround would be complicated and "unnecessary". It would be great to know how to upgrade hibernate myself. I tried copying the jar files myself but it didn't work. I used the closed version to the one you release with that had the problem fixed. Instruction would be great!
