Problem Description:
Applications that deals with users in different countries or regions. Example: I have a site that is hosted in USA hosting provider which deals with clients in Brazil. So, hours and dates must be set to UTC/GMT 'America/Sao_Paulo' cause some features of the app, must be disabled and enabled at certain periods of time during the day (accordingly to Brazilian timezone).
Today, dealing with Timezones is a real pain using CF cause, as I could see, the only way is using Java. We could enhance the language adding this feature keeping the philosophy of 'Making hard things easy' of ColdFusion.
