Problem Description: I attempted to add a bug report last week... and this form appeared to accept it - but this bug is not in my list of reported bugs - Is this because my issue got lost? or is there some sort of initial acceptance process and my issue is just stuck in a queue somewhere?
I'm submitting this as a bug... to see what happens - if I see this in my list immediately, it means that the issue I submitted last week (referred to in a forum post (http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1214227)) has gotten lost
If I don't see this in my list... it means that either this form is broken and is losing all submissions... or that nobody is reviewing this queue
Steps to Reproduce: submit a bug using this form
Actual Result: nothing happens
Expected Result: new bug shows up in user's "submitted bugs" list, Adobe takes appropriate action
Any Workarounds: call someone?
