Problem:
Applied Hotfix on main instance (cfusion). Now created few Instance like ( cfusion1, cfusion2, cfusion3). The applied Hotfix is by default applied on these created Instances.
Now uninstalling hotfix from cfusion1, must remove the Hotfix from all the Instances including cfusion. This is how the ideal behaviour should be, but on uninstalling Hotfix from cfusion1 its only able to remove the applied hotfix from cfusion and cfusion1. I could still see the Hotfix applied on the cfusion2 and cfusion3.

This is happening because InstallVariables.properites file of cfusion contains track of all the instances
but cfuson1 contains track of cfusion and cfusion1
similarly cfusion2 contains track of cfusion,cfusion1 and cfusion2
same way cfusion3 contains track of cfusion,cfusion1,cfusion2 and cfusion3.

So if I uninstall hotfix from cfusion3 the instance create at last then I am able to uninstall from all the instances.

Method:

Result: uninstaller unable to remove instances from all the instances on which hotfix was applied

Expected: on uninstalling hotfix from any instance must remove from all applied instances

Comments:

Uninstaller is copied to all the applied instances it is applied on so that when tried uninstallation from any instance, uninstaller still works.
