Problem:
clicking on "Download and Install" sometimes doesn't install and shows a message in the ColdFusion Administrator where the HotFix got downloaded.
This is a random behavior and doesn't happens every time.
Method:

Result: Hotfix jar get downloaded but doesn't installs

Expected: Clicking on "Download and Install" must install the Hotfix

Workaround: Clicking on Install button will install the Hotfix
