Problem:
Have ColdFusion10 Installed and created 2 instances. Installed Hotfix for CF10 and cfusion2 instance.
On installing the hotfix on cfusion and one instalce got the following message in the console.

PRESS <ENTER> TO ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING (OK): unning programs

Result: Message asked the user to manually stop the Instances
Expected: HotFix installer has to stop and restart the server on which hotfix is being applied
Workaround: Do it manually
