Problem Description: CF9 won't install - I had to use a third-party uninstaller.  Neither the Control Panel uninstall nor the CF uninstall does anything.

Steps to Reproduce: Try it and see.

Actual Result: I wasted about a hour.

Expected Result: It should work.  This is basic.

Half my notes are missing - I entered them in the last screen but they are gone. CF10 didn't install correctly. It failed to remove the lines <add handler...> from one of the IIS config files. I had to do this by hand, uninstall and then reinstall. Amazingly, a forum message on the Adobe website mentioning the CF9 uninstall problem had been completely ignored.

We have never seen or heard of this issue in our testing or from any of our customers. Closing this as we are not able to reproduce this.
