Task names become UPPERCASE upon CF restart. Repro:
1) Create a task w/ lowercase letters
2) Restart CF
3) See task name is now UPPERCASE

Task names become UPPERCASE upon .car deploy. Repro:
1) Create a task w/ lowercase letters
2) Create a .car file containing this task
3) Delete the task
4) Restore the task via .car deploy
5) See the task name is now UPPERCASE

This appears not to be completely fixed as I just experienced it on a server with Update 4 applied. Working on a reproducible case...
