Problem Description:
I am behind a proxy attempting to run the server updater from within the ColdFusion Administrator.
I added my proxy server information to the Java and JVM settings. I added:
-Dhttp.proxyHost=myproxyservername -Dhttp.proxyPort=myproxyport
I can see the example hotfix titled "HotFix hf-10-00001 Fri, 17th Feb 2012," so this is an improvement over the Alpha release, but I still cannot "Download" or "Download and Install" it.
I have verified that I have access to the file by downloading it through my browser. CF Admin is not using my JVM proxy server settings to download the file.
Steps to Reproduce:
Get behind a proxy. Attempt to update the server.
Actual Result:
Error popup that states:
Error occurred while installing the update:
Unable to access file at https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/xml/coldfusion/hotfixes/zeus/hotfix_0001.jar
Expected Result:
Successful download and installation of patch.
Any Workarounds:
None.
