Problem:
Summary: paragraphFormat() is a bit old-school in its approach to mark-upparagraphFormat() "works" by putting an opening
tag between each paragraph (denoted by two consecutive line breaks) in a string. This might have been an acceptable way to use
tags back in HTML 3 (although it really wasn't correct even back then), but I think everyone accepts that a
tag is not for adding space between stuff, it's supposed to be used in a paired fashion
...
to delimit a paragraph.paragraphFormat() should be improved to keep up with the times.-- Adam
