Problem:

My scheduled tasks listing page has an error on saying:"7/14/2010 11:25:00 PM is an invalid date format." .Its coming from the LAST RUN column. If I edit a task to reset this, the listing is fine. As soon as I run a task and the last run is populated it errors. My Java Default Locale is set to en_GB and windows is English (United Kingdom). A LSDateFomat () woudl solve the issue ...
Method:

Make sure day of the month is after 12.Login to CF admin.Go to schedule tasks.Add a schedule task to run in a minute or so time.Once run, view task listing page and you will gind error (You may need local settting set to en_GB)
Result:

7/14/2010 11:25:00 PM is an invalid date format.

Can be fixed by changing you default JVN language/region by adding -Duser.language=en -Duser.region=US to JVM Arguments under Java and JVM of CF Admin

I have the same issue, my locale is no_NO. Incidentally I couldn't find Windows 2003 in the OS list, but that's what I'm on
