Problem:

[cfmediaplayer] & [cffileupload] tags fail when relative URL path /CFIDE is unavailable.
Method:

Setup a web server configuration with out a CFIDE URL mapping. Go ahead an make a mapping for /CFIDE/scripts (e.g. /cfscripts) and change in Coldfusion Administrator > Server Settings > Settings > Default ScriptSrc. Attempt to use either tag and they will fail because the .js files used to show the SWFs have paths to the CFIDE directory. Also, using cfajaximport does not resolve this issue either. Only workaround I've found is editing .js files. Logging this as a bug, because either CF functionality can be redirected to use .js files at a different location. Need to be able to work through this with assets as well.

Posted the code to fix it in the comments section, should be fixed by Adobe though.
